Zanessa Back or What??

Well today on TMZ they showed Zac Efron leaving ex girlfriends Vanessa Hudgens house. He was trying to cover his face when he drove away.So what does this mean? Are they trying to work things out or was he just there to pick something up?? Well I hope they get back together because, they have been together for a long time and just to throw that away is SAD!! So if you guys have more info. about this topic please comment, because I will love to get more info. as well. Thnx!!
